this is my first Elf eye shadow that i won in a contest and i love it they are pigmented but the only thing i didn't like about this Elf eyes shadow is that when u put the eye shadow on your lids they are pretty light and i even did a swatch and also this Elf eye shadow is really shimmery u may not tell on my arm but it is trust me....
